How do I make payment?
Payment can be made via bank transfer in monthly instalments, prior to lessons
How are lessons structured?
Lessons involve a mixture of going through content and exam practise, tailored to the requirements of the student
Where does tuition take place?
All tuition lessons are held online via zoom.
How do I leave feedback?
We can always improve! Please contact us via info@enhanceminds.co.uk or use the reviews page to let us know how you’ve found our services
What should be brought to lesson?
Students should bring a pen, paper and a calculator (if doing maths/science)
Do tutors give homework?
This varies from tutor to tutor
Do I have to give notice to end tuition?
We require a 4 week notice for stopping tuition
When do we get feedback on progress?
Our tutors are happy to give a progress report for students at your request!
Are there any fees for late cancellation?
If you are unable to make a lesson, please give your tutor a 24 hour notice. Failure to do so means you will be charged the full fee for your session
How long is each session?
Normal sessions are 1 hour each, with trial sessions being half an hour long
Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer discounts for 1:1 tuition, however, if we have multiple parents who are interested in group sessions we can organise a reduced fee
